Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to get you your product in a speedy and safe manner. The following outlines our shipping terms and options:

  1. Shipping Destinations:Β Locally and internationally we ship. The shipping availability may vary by country or region. Make sure to put your full address so there won’t be delays.
  2. Shipping Costs:Β The shipping cost is calculated depending on where you are, how much you order and what size your package. Payment is not required until checkout where final shipping charges are displayed. All international orders are charged duties, taxes, customs fees, etc. and the customer is responsible for them.
  3. Processing Time:Β All payments are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays), after which orders will be processed.

    When placing an order for bulk or custom order processing time may vary. Processing time information will be provided after order confirmation and you will be notified of the estimated processing time.

  4. Estimated Delivery Times:Β Local Orders: 3-7 business days.

    International Orders: Depending on the shipping destination and customs clearance, the shipping takes 7-21 business days. It is to be noted that delivery timelines are approximated and can change, based on circumstances out of our control: customs delays, weather or holiday periods.

  5. Order Tracking:Β After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery.
  6. Shipping Issues:Β If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please tell us as soon as possible atΒ orders@essence-enclave.comΒ . Upon receiving, we will work with the shipping provider to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy

Our mission is to make sure you love our products 100%. We hope for all orders that you are satisfied with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

  • Eligibility for Returns:Β To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

    The product must be unused, unopened, packaged in its original condition.

    You have 7 days to make the return request after you receive the product.

    Non-returnable if they are customized or personalized product other than defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Return Process:Β Unless the item was damaged or incorrect customer is responsible for shipping costs.

    As we are not responsible for items that have been lost or damaged in transit, we suggest that an order be shipped using a trackable shipping service and that shipping insurance be purchased.

  • Refunds:Β If you’ve gotten the returned product and it is approved, then we will notify you on your approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Exchanges:Β At this time though, we do not provide direct exchanges. You are welcome to exchange a product by returning the original product and ordering the new product.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:Β Please, contact us here within 24 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged or defective product, so we can get to the bottom of it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with this item, we will happily replace it or refund the purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Essential oils, blends, floral waters or carrier oils were opened or used.
  • Products that are not in their original packaging.
  • Any products returned after the 7 day return window.
  • Damaged or defective, but custom or bulk orders.
